NOMS! saturday's dinner was delectable. lol.
to make things even better, dinner was followed by starbucks and Blue Valentine.
Blue Valentine was amazing. the film is painfully honest. for once, a great film that gives viewers a "real life" depiction of relationships. i read a review that stated that Blue Valentine "stands as a necessary corrective to the myth of cinematic love." that little sentence pretty much sums up the entire film for me. not to mention that it stars, in my opinion, two of the best young actors in hollywood. Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams give beautifully raw performances.
